I got a very nice piece from Dawn for my dad’s gift. This watch is meaningful for me and my dad. Dawn actually fulfill her promise to me. I very appreciate her help. It is a very happy experience at DeVons, more than I expected.

On a whim, I stopped to look for my bucket list purchase of a Rolex, and after being helped by Alisha, I know why they have 5 stars. I have been wanting a Rolex for many years. Having read too many Reddit posts, I dreaded the process of dealing with an AD. I can afford about any watch, but I wear jeans and don't pretend to be anyone I'm not, and wasn't going to try to put on a show for a dealer. Alisha was amazing. She showed me several watches and treated me like I was as worthy as anyone else to own such an exquisite watch. She made no promises and no false hope of getting my exact dream piece, and I appreciated that. Thank you, Alisha. I want you to know that you have earned my business whenever the watch is available.

My mother and I came in to get service for my boyfriends watch also to explore future ring options 💍 I let Ed know what I was looking for and that I wanted to see a few different Carat sizes in person as I’ve been online shopping. He took excellent care of us and we ended up finding the one. He gave me his card with the exact ring specs on it to pass along when my boyfriend could come by and see for himself. Everything fell into place perfectly, a beautiful ring within budget and a watch serviced & shined❤️

I recently purchased online a nice quality german tool watch from a U.S. distributor located in another state. The watch needed fitting since it has stainless links that are small and intricate. I called DeVons in Lincoln Center nearby and inquired about bracelet fitting. They said no problem, bring it by. I also took a Rolex watch that I purchased 7 years ago at a Rolex dealer in Hawaii. I've lost weight since the purchase, so it also needed some links removed. Upon entering the store I indicated that I just called earlier about the bracelet fittings, the store personnel immediately asked Bal, the store manager if he was available to take care of me. He immediately put away what he was working on, introduced himself and started working on my watches. He put my watches on his repair stand and brought out some intricate tools and started working. He performed trial fits on my wrist to assure perfect fit and in short order he was done with both watches. I then browsed around the store, but did not purchase anything. When I was ready to leave, I asked for the invoice and Bal said no charge. When I got home and shared with my wife my service experience, she reminded me of a watch that she had many years ago that needed a new battery. She took it to Devons and it was replaced at no charge. Bal and the good people at Devons are excellent. I intend to do my Holiday and special occasion shopping at Devons!

*UPDATE 9/10/24* After Matt reached out I gave him a call. We were on the phone for about 25 minutes discussing my situation and some options that I had. He assured me that he has some of the top Goldsmiths around and that this is something they can fix with confidence it will be as good as new. Trusting his word, I left the ring with him. The next day he called with an update letting me know he wants to have a few Goldsmiths look at it to get some extra notes on it. Then called the day after giving me my options and said the ring will be ready for pickup in about 2 days. Matt personally delivered it to the Devons store in Stockton and when I picked it up it was exactly how he explained, good as new. I am delighted with how my situation was handled in the end. I am looking forward to do business with Devons again in the future. *ORIGINAL 8/27/24* I am leaving this review with a heavy heart. I have been a Devons customer for over 14 years. I have bought watches, rings, necklaces, and earrings from here countless times. My mom had her wedding ring purchased from here, I also purchased my wife's wedding set from here. It has been a family jeweler for quite some time. When purchasing my wife's ring and center stone diamond 11 years ago after I had made the purchase my wife had noticed something inside her diamond. We took it in, and they let us know it very common and it's like having a "freckle". Not sure as to why they would sell a diamond with a "freckle" in the first place. We were told that there is nothing wrong with it at all. Fast forward to about 6 years ago my wife took her ring into be cleaned and the person who took it back had noticed that her center stone diamond had a crack in it. They were shocked and said they will keep it and let us know what they are able to do. A few weeks go by, and I get a call from them saying they SHAVED DOWN my wife's diamond without asking for consent and charging us over $400 for it. Which caused it to become a smaller and

An outstanding five-star experience at DeVons. Bal and Tom are consistently helpful every time I visit, and most recently they helped fulfill a long-time dream for my wife with a Rolex purchase. Tom and the team at Devons were nothing short of amazing. I’ve made a few purchases here, and every single time the service has been exceptional. They let me try on all the exhibition Rolex models I wanted and patiently answered every question. If you’ve visited other Rolex ADs in the Bay Area, you know some can feel a bit dismissive — but not Devons. Their team is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I was on the waitlist for a Rolex for about six months when Tom made my dream come true with a call saying my watch had arrived. It’s not only my first Rolex, but also my dream watch — and I couldn’t be happier. Devons has truly earned a lifelong customer.

I’ve been a customer at Devon’s for several years now. I’ve made purchases from my wife’s wedding ring to my daily watch. The staff is great, helpful and welcoming; However, I’d like to put the spotlight on Dawn, she is amazing. Dawn was personable, inviting, informative and a great person to deal with. She exceeds your average in customer service. Dawn and the rest of the Devon’s employees’ made me enjoy spending my time and money there. I will continue to come back.
